3 tiny habits

I just completed the 3 Tiny Habits program, and I highly recommend it. I mastered 3 new habits over the past week, but more to the point I’ve strengthened my habit-building muscles and am all revved up, eager to learn more about working with my psychology and environment to promote more good habits happen and depress the bad ones.
